Should I send my staff to training prior to getting our pool?

The more training the better! It is always good to get as much training as possible prior to receiving your aquatic therapy pool, but education should be an ongoing effort. Your Galaxy Representative will notify you of any training in your area and provide you with a list of other training organizations to assist you in your search. There may be a cost involved in attending some of those courses. There are also consulting organizations that can assist you in getting your aquatics program off to a healthy start. Experience has taught us that this is a very valuable service and will get your program up and running much faster. Contact your local Galaxy representative for experienced consultants in your area.
